If anything isn’t working the way it should, please send an e-mail describing the problem to support@celemony.com. Our support specialists speak English and German.
Tip: First, please make sure that your are working with the latest version of the software. To do this, use the function Check for Updates in Melodyne’s Preferences dialog or Help menu. Many problems can be solved simply by performing an update.

You will find the installation program for your Melodyne in your user account. You can also select your newsletter options there and update your personal data.

Ending support for older versions of Melodyne
The following versions of Melodyne are very out of date and no longer compatible with current operating systems. For that reason, we will be discontinuing support for them at the end of 2018. Thereafter, it will be impossible to download, activate or obtain support for these versions of Melodyne:

Melodyne cre8
Melodyne uno
Melodyne plugin
Melodyne essential from a Digidesign or E-mu bundle
For all the discontinued products, free updates to current versions are available. If you possess one of these old versions and have not already received a notification from us, please contact our support for an update.
